<p>The 808-9817 GFCI Plug & Play Kit is an accessory for use with Freedom X inverters and Freedom XC inverter/chargers. The GFCI device de-energizes a circuit when a current to ground exceeds a specified value that is less than that required to blow the circuit breaker. It comes with an attached connector. Remove the GFCI cover to install the GFCI device. </p><p>Installations in marine and recreational vehicles require GFCI protection of branch circuits connected to the AC output of the Freedom X. You can plug loads of up to 20 amps directly into the GFCI receptacle on the front panel of the Freedom X.
